Q: Can my family members also access my unit? A: Yes, anyone who uses your access code will be allowed through the security gate.
Q: Can I access my unit on holidays? A: Office hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday and Saturday. Gate access is from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Extended gate access can be arranged upon request but must be agreed upon with management so your keypad code entered into our computerized gate can be adjusted to fit your needs.
Q: Does Browns Bridge Boat & Mini-Storage provide insurance coverage for my possessions? A: While we make every effort to reasonably secure your possessions, Browns Bridge Boat & Mini-Storage does not provide insurance coverage for customer's possessions while those possessions are stored within the individual units. Insurance coverage is the responsibility of the customer. However, we do offer SafeStor insurance coverage from $1,000 to $15,000. Please ask about the details upon rental.
Q: Does Browns Bridge Boat & Mini-Storage provide a lock and key for my unit? A: The customer is responsible for their own lock and key for his or her unit. Locks are available to purchase for $7.00 each in our office for your convenience.
